This course trains students in the safe and effective application of heated basalt stones and cold stones to improve circulation, reduce muscular tension, and promote deep relaxation.

Students will learn client consultation, contraindications, hygiene protocols, stone handling, temperature control, and full-body treatment routines. The course emphasizes both clinical safety and professional spa-level practice.

Pathology – This course introduces the study of disease processes and their effects on the human body, with a focus on conditions relevant to massage therapy practice. Students learn to recognize signs and symptoms, understand contraindications, and adapt techniques for clients with specific health concerns. Emphasis is placed on integrating pathology knowledge with safe, effective, and ethical treatment planning.
